Leading Through ITM (In-The-Moment) Coaching for Line Managers and HR Professionals
Whether you are a first-time or seasoned manager, HR professional or consultant/coach, effective coaching skills are essential to your success with your team and/or clients.
Coaching can happen anytime, anywhere. ITM Coaching™ is a method to capitalize on typical day-to-day conversations (e.g., in the hallway, 1-1 meetings, and team meetings) in fast-paced, interrupt-driven organizations. Facilitator
Karen Seidman, M.A., is a Senior Leadership Coach for Mariposa Leadership, Inc. She specializes in coaching professionals in how to translate abstract leadership concepts into practical skills. Training and developing other facilitators and coaches internationally is also part of Karen's work. With expertise in the areas of conflict resolution, influence, facilitation, presentation and coaching skills, Karen is adept at working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Karen facilitates and coaches in both languages. She has spent a total of six years living and working in other countries and has taught cross-cultural communication at Golden Gate University.
