1-1 Leadership Coaching
We specialize in helping leaders become wiser and more effective. You will quickly learn relevant new tools, strategies, and skills to balance your organization's needs for productivity and innovation, and your own needs for results and doing the right thing.
Our Process:
- Match – We match exactly the right coach for you based on your needs, experience, style, and pace.
- Assessment – We define clear leadership goals. These goals are shared with your boss and HR person for further input and support. Your goals are documented in an Agreement Letter.
- Coaching – We meet once a week for six months for one hour of confidential, compelling, and action oriented conversations. Every conversation ends with relevant leadership strategies, tools, skills, and practices for you to apply to your real-time issues. We follow up with you the next week to help you hone your practices and address additional real-time issues for the week.
- Evaluation – At the 3 and 6-month periods, we submit a Progress Report describing your successes against the original goals.
