Leveraging Your Team's Strengths
This workshop is for teams who want to fully understand and leverage the strengths of each individual and the collective team to increase effectiveness and engagement - boosting creativity, collaboration, confidence and satisfaction. Utilizing StrengthsFinder 2.0 as a foundation, this hands-on, 4-hour workshop will produce heightened awareness, appreciation, and new ideas to improve the way the team works. A more cohesive team with an action plan can lead to great results. Examples - one team generated a series of strategies to help them take more risks and to drive innovation, resulting in some significant breakthroughs for their organization. Another team realized they needed to hire for more diversity of talent and shifted their recruiting approach. Another team focused on improving collaboration by making specific project requests of one another based on particular strengths. They are a myriad of applications fueled by the strengths of your team!
