Have fun in a fantastic learning environment! What past participants are saying about ITM CoachingTM!

"I am much more aware of how interrupt-driven our culture is and instead of interpreting this as a time issue or problem, I see it as a great opportunity for moment-to-moment education with my team. I point things out that are helpful right on the spot".

Philip Ward, Program Manager, Human Resources, Cisco Systems

"I've found ITMTM Coaching to be very useful as I interview engineers and managers to understand their issues and concerns and to pick up on 'hot buttons' that are beneath the surface. I have also been better able to nudge them into examining and acting on their behaviors that either hinder or help the transfer of knowledge."

Dan Berne, Manager, Knowledge Management and Transfer, Hewlett-Packard

"I am seeing a greater opportunity to practice [ITMTM] coaching because it is a versatile methodology that applies to giving feedback, advocating a position and obtaining clarity around business issues and personal feelings."

Karen Rossbach, Director, Process Engineering, GAP Inc.

"I found the framework for ITMTM coaching practices to be concise, effective, and very practical. I enjoyed working with different people at each practice. The workshop was balanced with an appropriate mix of lecture, Q & A, interactions and practice. It was easy to stay involved and remain attentive on both days."

Jay Morris, Manager, Human Resources, Tenet Health Systems
