Bob has a doctorate, two bachelor’s degrees and supplemental training in coaching and counseling and has served as a visiting scholar/professor at prominent universities. Jim held several executive positions in the strategic planning and quality improvement departments at Marriott International Corporation before becoming a consultant. - Nicholas Hall is the manager of Stanford University Graduate School of Business Behavioral Lab, which explores the effectiveness of behavioral psychology in making culture changes in the workforce. Nick conducts research and consults on worker satisfaction and engagement, and he has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

4/21/2010 - Guest Speaker Jerry Patterson and George Goens
- Both authors of Resilient Leadership for Turbulent Times. Jerry Patterson is the author of ten nationally recognized books and numerous articles on leadership and resilience. In his more than 30 years of experience as an educator, he has served as a superintendent, and most recently, professor of leadership studies at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Goorge Goens is a consultant with public and private sector organizations on leadership selection, development, and assessment. He has written three books and has published over 55 articles on leadership, change, and education in professional journals and the mass media on leadership.

He is currently the editor of Granta literary magazine.
