Ruben Rodriguez, M.S., C.I.C.

Ruben Rodriguez, M.S., C.I.C., is the Principal of Integral Impact and a Senior Leadership Coach for Mariposa Leadership, Inc.. He brings over 16 years of senior-level experience within high-tech and bio-tech corporations as a human resources business partner, corporate university faculty/coach and internal consultant working with high-potential/top-talent leaders. He’s helped leaders start new operations, turn-around struggling teams and manage the change and transition inherent in the executive role. His background includes ten years with Hewlett-Packard Company and six years with Cisco Systems, where he was one of the original five members who started their Worldwide Leadership Development organization, focused at growing high-potential/top-talent global leaders. His approach to leader coaching is pragmatic, humanistic and integral - informed by his understanding that organizational and human performance are directly linked and maximized when individuals can bring their best selves – their talents, ideas, questions and concerns - to work. His goal is to help leaders become their best selves and help them bring out the best in their teams – believing that people are integral to business impact. Ruben brings extraordinary personal presence, insight and compassion to his work with clients.  His most recent clients include Synaptics and Xsigo. He earned his B.S.C. in Business Administration/Management at Santa Clara University and his M.S. in Organizational Development at the University of San Francisco. In 2001 Ruben became a Certified Integral Coach through the New Ventures West in San Francisco, and since then has served as adjunct faculty, mentoring professional coaching students through their year-long program and as a certification panelist.
