This month’s Wise Talk, on Thursday, July 22 from 4-5pm PT, will feature two resilient leadership experts, Bob Duggan and Jim Moyer. They will discuss their Resilient Leadership model for organizations, which is based on an adaptation of Bowen Family Systems Theory, a theory of human behavior that views the family as an emotional unit and systems thinking to describe its complex interactions.

Bob and Jim are executive coaches and organizational consultants from the Washington DC area with 50+ years of experience working with senior leaders in government, for-profit and non-profit settings. Bob has a doctorate, two bachelor’s degrees and supplemental training in coaching and counseling and has served as a visiting scholar/professor at prominent universities. Jim held several executive positions in the strategic planning and quality improvement departments at Marriott International Corporation before becoming a consultant. He has degrees in mathematics and physics from Florida Southern University.
